“We changed over to waterborne 6 months ago and a number of companies told us weh ave to buy a new booth. Then we saw the California Pulse System and it was a no brainer! They upgraded our booth and saved us a LOT of money!”
V & J Auto Body, Long Island, NY
“We were using hand held driers and the coating dried unevenly. The California Pulse System dries the waterborne very evenly regardless of the shape or the size of the vehicle or parts. It is a great value too! We already bought the second Pulse System for our prep station.”
Avenue Auto Body, San Carlos, CA
The Problem
No Turbulence!
| The vehicle is placed into the laminar air flow of the booth. A stagnant layer of air develops on the surface of the car (blue). This layer saturates with moisture and stops the drying process. |

The Solution
Creating Turbulence!
| Turbulence breaks up laminar airflow and eliminates the microclimate. Turbulence delivers low relative humidity air onto the painted surface. The dry air draws the moisture out of the paint. The paint surface is actually rough on the molecular level. |
